The United Kingdom Coaching Certificate (UKCC) is the coaching qualification currently recognised by England Netball. UKCC Courses are organised regionally, however the next courses in Sussex are detailed below. UKCC Level 1 Course
Perfect for those over 16 years old who have a sound knowledge and experience of the game of netball and an understanding of the rules. After you are qualified you will be able to assist more qualified coaches, delivering aspects of coaching sessions, normally under direct supervision.

The next UKCC Level 1 course happening in Sussex:
Dates: 19th January + 15th February 2020
Location: University of Sussex, Falmer, Brighton, BN1 9RB
UKCC Level 2 Course
Perfect for those who have been an active coach in Netball for a minimum of 2 years, or have a Level 1 Certificate in Coaching Netball. After you are qualified you will be able to prepare for, deliver and review coaching session(s). This will normally be a series of 6-10 coaching sessions in any one sequence.

The next UKCC Level 2 course happening in Sussex:
Dates: 28th + 29th September, 26th + 27th October + 14th December 2019
Location: University of Chichester, Chichester, Po19 6PE
UKCC Level 3 Course
The level 3 qualification will take a minimum of 15 months, and a maximum of 3 years will be allowed for you to complete the qualification. This course is perfect for those wanting to be the best coach they can be. After you are qualified you will be able to plan, implement, analyse and revise annual coaching programmes.

England Netball CPD Workshops
These 3 – 4 hour practical coaching workshops are aimed at providing club coaches and teachers who are regularly planning sessions with a better understanding of specific areas of player and game development, the toolkit required to analyse and correct technique, and fresh ideas for building practices and sessions.
The series of workshops have been carefully designed to complement the qualifications pathway (UKCC) and Excel Framework.
Candidates are provided with high-quality resources and coaching cards to take away and use in their own coaching environments and are actively encouraged to participate in the activities during the workshops.
